Following is my build for enforcers for raids. I never quite finished them, but close enough, although it did save a few build days. It is paired with a HLNC for extra reload and resistances. I then add a dps ship (usually d55z mastadon) and will probably run with aegis too now that I have one of those built.

The hellstrike build there is a very old build as requested. I would definitely not build that now with current tech available :)
